Susan

Lovely lady! Great interaction

fast response and commitment, glad to give useful utensils a second life!

Susan let me know when they were on their way and again when they arrived at the meeting spot 😊

Susan was really communicative and on time which made the transaction so comfortable

Communication with Susan remained clear throughout our chat. Susan proposed bundling the items together.

I appreciated how they kept me updated on their arrival and confirmed the pickup time.
