Joanna

Joanna was so kind and swift to respond. thankfully she was understanding when I lost track of time, and my lantern is just as described!

Joanna went out of her way to deliver the item directly to my home. Provided helpful photos of the item to show that it remained in great condition. 💕 Thank You Joanna ! You're a very thoughtful and kind person 😇

very very sweet and gave me a paper bag to carry it home!

Joanna was great at confirming the pickup time and letting me know when they were on their way. It made coordinating the pickup super easy!

They were great at communicating their arrival and kept me in the loop.

They were upfront about their location and when they were on their way, which made coordinating the meetup really easy. She is very friendly.
