Monika was so accommodating with the pickup time, even letting me come earlier than we agreed when my schedule changed. The item is in excellent condition. Thanks so much

I appreciated them reaching out again once they were back home and providing their address so quickly when I asked. Monika was so understanding and flexible when I initially couldn't make it back from my trip.

Monika was really helpful in coordinating the pick-up time and providing clear instructions for where to leave the payment.
