Both Poppy & Her husband were very friendly! It was a large item & I was going to have to order uber but because we lived closeby, her husband dropped it off for us. My son & he loaded & unloaded car. I appreciated everything about their kindness & exchange. I had to change meeting time by half hr. with only 15 min. notice & she was patient & understood & accommodated! Thanks so much!

Soooo easy and totally hassle free! Poppy taught me something about trust that day and I will carry it with me. How liberating to think like her. Also I looooove her name... and I loove the pants, they were exactly as she stated.
