Gilberto was really quick to respond and arranged a pickup time right away. It was great that he confirmed his arrival when he was there.

Dealing with Gilberto was a bit of an adventure! Though there was a miscommunication on the timing, he was very understanding when I explained the situation and even offered to come again. He was communicative throughout, and I appreciated his willingness to work through a small hiccup in our plans. What a nice guy!Good luck Gilberto!
