unfortunately she had to change the time and it took a little bit of convincing for the mover i hired to adjust to the time change.... other than that everything went smoothly, when it was delivered under the vegetable bin/crisper is was very dirty, sticky and smelly plus there was mold on the top freezer door... nothing that can't be cleaned up with a little bit of elbow grease and bleach... The owner was very nice and pleasant to deal with my fiancé explained to me.
