Kim is always so wonderful to deal with. She's so friendly, kind and nice to catch up too. She gives advice about how to care for her babies, love it.

I have to change the meeting date from Tuesday to Sunday 3:00 pm for personal reason. Kim was so understanding and accommodating of the changes. Thank you Kim. You are great!!! 👍
