Ana is a clear communicator and very friendly to deal with. Her items were in great shape and she was flexible with the pick up time.

I loved how flexible they were, offering to leave the items on the porch so I could pick them up even when they weren't home.

She was super pleasant and gave me a fantastic deal which I truly appreciate as it was totally unexpected

They made coordinating the pickup really easy!
