Catherine

Catherine brought both items down for the pickup and kept them in the original box.

Catherine was extra flexible and very helpful… thanks Catherine 🙏💕

On time. Quick friendly.

Catherine communicated clearly and made the pickup easy to arrange.

Catherine checked that I only wanted the crystal and clarified the items included in the listing. Flexible scheduling meant meeting at a time that worked for everyone.

They confirmed the condition of the fan and followed through on the plans at the agreed meeting spot.
