Esraa was lovely to meet. When she reached out about the cosmetic bags, she kept in constant communication and was fast in replying. Our first initial meet up fell through as something came up for her but she was very good in letting me know. We’re we’re then able to reschedule for a time that worked better for the both of us. I give huge kudos for Esraa for taking the the time to transit about 1hr 25mins to collect the cosmetic bags. Dedicated deal that went well.
