⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great seller! Scott was very trustworthy, helpful and responsive. After I realized a part was missing, he went out of his way to help me track it down and even looked up his original order information so I could contact MERACH about getting a replacement. I want to make it clear that Scott DID include the counter with the machine when it was picked up. Unfortunately, the Uber driver who delivered the machine gave me a hard time about checking his vehicle when I realized the counter was missing. This was NOT the sellers fault I really appreciated how helpful and concerned he was throughout the whole situation. I would absolutely purchase from Scott again and highly recommend him as a seller! 😊 Just a reminder: always check the Uber vehicle for any missing parts before the driver leaves after delivery.
