Gail was incredibly flexible and accommodating with the pickup arrangements, even when my timing shifted due to the weather.

Gail was patient with me and held the item on reserve for me. I had to make arrangements to pick it up at a much later date and she happily allowed for the circumstance. She met us outside and assured that everything was needed to set it up. Great communication, product was exactly as described and it was all nicely packed up for transportation. Highly recommend an exchange with Gail!
