The listing description stated that the chair had been “checked out by a technician” and was in very good, safe condition. However, when my boyfriend brought it home, we discovered that it is missing a brake. The chair is otherwise in good working condition, but since I currently have a broken leg, purchasing a chair with a missing brake was not ideal. I believe this issue should have been disclosed, and the price adjusted accordingly.
