Overall a positive experience. Made sure to meet and communicate about time. Only issue is that the kindle is not “like new” condition, it’s covered in scratches and the screen is slightly loose and makes a clicking noise. The device works as explained and thankfully doesn’t affect the reading experience. The item is more used condition. But for the price it makes sense.

Nico was really flexible and came by right away when I asked.
