They were so flexible with pickup! They were clear about the location and even left the item on the windowsill for me. It was for free.

Super nice and understanding, I’m gonna make the freebie basket into a deco item which my mum would love to have at home. They made sure the item was ready for pickup even when I had to change my plans, which was really helpful.
