Having a deal with Mary on Karrot was the best thing that ever happened to me. Mary was very polite, precise, cooperative and a GEM in my estimation. l will always do business with her.

Mary tried to make up for missing the initial scheduled meetup. We had communicated the time and place of the meetup and I had texted her when I was 40 mins away and again when I as 10 mins away. When I got to the destination I waited for over 15 minute, tried calling her, but there was no response & she was a no show. She mentioned the next day that there was a family emergency and the day after drove over to my place & dropped off the purchased item.

I appreciated them clarifying their location and availability for pickup.

I found Mary to be really responsive and flexible with the meetup arrangements, even when I had to adjust the time.
