Sue is so understanding and patient! I try so hard to be as reliable as possible, and wasn’t able to meet the standard I set for myself when it came to this buy. Despite that, Sue remained friendly throughout the entire process and kept a smile on her face while I payed her and looked through my bundle. She also added a free item without me even realizing until after we had parted ways! I really appreciated everything Sue did from the very start to the very end of this buy. 15/10 experience!
