Tim was really flexible when I had to reschedule our meetup; he was quick and understanding with timing.

Tim was super patient and understanding when I had to double-check my inventory and even when my plans changed unexpectedly. It was really easy to coordinate a time to meet up, and they were clear about their ETA. Thanks Tim🙂.
