Fumz

She is genuinely one of the kindest and most generous people I’ve come across on Karrot. Her communication was quick, friendly, and she went out of her way to make everything easy. The Toyota RAV4 OEM mats were brand new, but honestly, her generosity and kindness stood out even more than the item itself. It was a wonderful experience communicating with her. Definitely someone I would highly recommend!

I appreciated how quickly they confirmed pickup time and let me know when they were nearby.

Very kind and communicated along the way. Thanks again!

They confirmed their pickup time and let me know when they were on their way and when they arrived downstairs.
