Aya was great at communicating and confirmed the pickup time quickly. I appreciated how she let me know the changes of the pick up time. She is very friendly and nice lady.

I found the seller to be really clear about the item's condition upfront, which I appreciated. They were also very accommodating when I had to change our meeting time due to a personal issue.
