Hina was friendly and patient. She ran a series of tests to show all laptop parts/components work as described. The first tested unit did not have the battery connected to the motherboard, so Hina went and got another unit (same model) and tested it to make sure it worked. My purchased unit works as described, I am satisfied with my purchase.
