MC was very responsive and accommodating. It made coordinating the pickup of the boots a breeze. She was also super kind, and meeting up was quick and easy. The boots were in amazing condition! She took them time to stuff them to keep their shape, and spray leather protection spray. 10/10 experience, would recommend.
