Jan was so great to meet, friendly, funny and totally down to earth...made things very easy.

Jan was fantastic and a great communicator. She contacted me yesterday and collected the item today even though it’s pouring rain. Appreciated that she was on time as well.

Jan was perfectly on time, even gave me a 15 min warning! Contactless pick up went as smoothly as possible.
