Very nice person friendly Alex was so helpful with providing exact measurements for the carriers and sending over an image. I really appreciated their clear communication about the dimensions. Alex was very accommodating with my late pickup request and confirmed Saturday would work if Friday didn't. I'm glad we could arrange a time that worked for both of us and got both carriers for a great price! My friend was very happy with the carrier.
