Alicia was super friendly and very generous with her item.

I found the seller to be very helpful, providing clear pickup instructions and an address. They were also great about suggesting a better way to bundle items for easier pickup and offered to message me when they were on their way.

I found Alicia to be very accommodating, especially with the Karrot app's limitations regarding free items.
