They were so kind to offer the items for free and confirmed the pickup details quickly. Even though there was a little confusion with the building access, they were very patient and tried to figure out how to get the items to me. 🙏

Lily was so quick to respond and confirm that the item was still available and free. I felt completely reassured. They made the pickup arrangement really easy by telling me exactly when they'd be there. It was a smooth process!
