Treasure wasn't very patient when I went right to Jung lane like the meet up said, and she and her partner were both kinda rude (I was asked if I was playing games) while trying to sort out how to get us on the same side of the building. They did not disassemble the shelving rack for travel, and didn't try to assist when asked. I ended up disassembling it myself and carring it home disheveled. When I just mentioned it I was chastised and told to go away.

Treasure was also great about reserving the item for me and showing such kindness throughout the whole process.

Treasure was super understanding, even when the timing got a little tight with the bus schedule. It was great that they were flexible with the meeting spot, too.
