Amanda

She was gracious and kind, pointed out everything that one might want to know about the coat before I purchased it. Very honest and understanding as I was slightly late for our appointment. She even caught that I was going to forget my butter tart that I put down to inspect the coat. I was very glad for that. :) 100% recommend.
