It was just the other day that I'd started a chat with her and found out that she happened to be fairly close to my doctor's office. I shared that I have difficulties walking and such, due to disability. I'm still blown away that she took the time to call the coffee shop, speak to the manager about dropping it off for me and then, driving up to the coffee shop to drop it off before my appointment when she, herself, wasn't do that well.
