MA

Communicated clearly throughout the process and let me know when plans shifted.

Communicated clearly to coordinate the pickup time. MA was friendly and kept me updated when they were nearby.

Very nice person. Came on time to pick up. Thanks Ma! Ma was very clear about when they could pick up the item, and they were flexible when I suggested a change in meeting location for easier pick up
