I appreciated how quickly they confirmed they could pick up the item on short notice and were very clear about their arrival time.

They were flexible with pickup times and directions, and kept me updated, which made the whole process really easy for me.

communication was great nice to deal with thanks

They were accommodating with the meetup time, which I really appreciated.

Great communication and worked with my timeline!
