Cheyenne was super responsive and answered all my questions right away. I really appreciated them confirming the price and the availability of the parts, as that made things so simple.

Cheyenne was kind and patiently answered all of my questions about the bike. Even though she was not there to handover the bike, she made sure someone else was there on her behalf to meet with me. They were helpful in loading the bike in my car too.
