Lin was incredibly generous, throwing in extra boxes for free and being so flexible with my pickup time.

Lin was so quick to respond and confirmed that the item was perfect for my senior cat. She also demonstrated how to collapse it. A very lovely lady! My son was so excited to finally take his cat for a walk, I barely had it out of the car before he put her in and left for an evening walk.
