Got to tell you it doesn't get more easy and it doesn't get more pleasant than the recent experience I had with Jen buying a guitar. They delivered it to my home, which was not an expectation of mine. They accommodated my schedule to do it,also not expectation. I believe I first contacted Jen with my offer somewhere in the neighborhood of 5:00 p.m., and the transaction was complete by 7: 15. Had I not been busy it would have been completed by 6:15, maybe even quicker than that. For an item of this value, that is unheard of it and that is testament to their character. You should have zero qualms and zero concerns about this lovely lady being on the level, professional, and I'm just generally kind and pleasant. Thank you Jen, an absolute pleasure

Jen was great at coordinating and confirming the pickup details, letting me know their travel plans and arrival time.

Jen was really flexible and understanding when our original plan to pick up on Sunday evening didn't work out. They were happy to switch to coming over that same night instead, which made coordinating the meetup much smoother for me. It was great that Jen was communicative about their travel time from Scarborough and when they needed to find an ATM for cash. Their updates helped ensure the pickup went off without a hitch. 📦
