Sam

Sam coordinated a meeting time that worked well for the pickup.

The process was very smooth. Sam was flexible for timing. The product is in good condition.

They were super flexible when I had to reschedule our meetup, and even offered to meet me at the train station which was very helpful.

Smooth transition, nice guy.. thanks again!

Thank you so much)

He provided clear instructions on where to meet, and everything went exactly as planned, which was great since I was in a rush 🕒.
