He was great. Very quick to responding, He was very reasonable, and kind. Item was exactly as he said it would . Mo was super responsive and clear about the scooter's details, even when I had specific questions about the battery. They were patient and flexible with pickup timing. I found Mo to be very accommodating and helpful, making sure the scooter and charger were ready for pickup. It was great dealing with them! 👍
