Nicki was super helpful in coordinating the pickup and made sure we brought enough help with us at the time of pickup to carry the sideboard. They were very clear about the item being heavy and confirmed the pickup details patiently. I really appreciated their friendliness, flexibility with the timing as well as accepting my offer for a lower than advertised price. The sideboard was in great condition and although it was heavy, removing the drawers made it lighter enough to be transported comfortably. We also received helpful tips about the sideboard, as well a help and guidance carrying the sideboard and loading it up into the vehicle, which is really appreciated. It was a great experience dealing with Nickie and meeting them in person. Highly recommend 👍
