I just give him a neutral review because after I specifically told the man that I would only accept an all or nothing deal and I would cut my asking price of $100 for 4 winter tires (rims included) in half for him if he takes all 4 on the same day. He still tried to give me $35 and talk me down upon meet up after we had already established an understanding and deal agreement on karrot.
