Rina thank you so much, and thanks to keep the item reserved for me until today, Saturday. Rina was so understanding when I had to reschedule our pickup time due to work, and they were really flexible with setting a new time on Saturday.

Every was super perfect. I found them to be very clear about the item's condition, confirming it was "open box but isn't used." They were also upfront about the price. They were patient and flexible when I had trouble finding them at the meeting spot, and they clearly communicated their car details to help us connect.
