Monica

Monica was very clear about her arrival and let me know she was on her way, even sending a message when she was outside.

Monica was really flexible with rescheduling a few times due to feeling unwell, and they were so communicative about their ETA when they were finally able to come pick up.

Monica was so quick to respond and confirm they could pick up the item the same day, which I really appreciated.

Thanks for the purchase!

A very honest and kind person 😊
