Austin was super helpful in providing all the measurements, even though he had to go measure the rack himself! 📏 It made it so easy to know if it would fit. He was also really flexible with the pickup time and even offered to take the bottom piece off to help with transport - really thoughtful of him. It was a pleasure dealing with him!

Austin answered super promptly, followed up when he said he was going to, gave great instructions re: pick up location, and was very understanding when I got caught in traffic en route 😅 Also was kind & polite throughout! Thanks Austin!
