Cynthia Yin

Cynthia was super flexible with pickup times and confirmed the details quickly, making the whole process really smooth for me. They were also great about holding the item until I could get there.

Cynthia was great about letting me know when they were on their way and even gave a heads-up about a slight delay, which was really helpful.

Very friendly and great communication!

nice people.
