Carmen was great about confirming the meeting spot and time, and they were very responsive throughout our chat.

Must admit to being disappointed with the table cloth size, but will acknowledge that Carmen may not have realized the size on the package was incorrect. While the size on the package and written in the listing was 140cm x 240cm, the table cloth is less than half that size, so no longer really useful for my purposes. Also, we ended up having to meet up twice because initially the tablecloth was not in the bag with the other items. I didn't realize it until I got home and was able to lay everything out, because there were several items in the bag and initially Carmen sent her friend to meet me and therefore it was harder to confirm the items despite me pulling them half out of the bag to try and check. Carmen was apologetic and readily able to meet up again the following week after coordinating schedules again. The broom holders are working out great though.

I appreciated Carmen letting me know they were on their way and then when they arrived. 😊
