Mary was very understanding when I couldn't catch a bus to her pick up point on Sunday as buses where done. But we rescheduled for today and she was very friendly and prompt to meet me at our desided pick up spot, steamer mop is exactly how she described it plus it came with many extra pieces for different jobs! I give Mary and the mop a 10 out of 10 expectations!
