Ivu I appreciated Ivy's understanding when I needed to adjust the meeting spot due to the cold weather. She arrived right on time as promised and even kindly offered to help carry but declined as the weather is getting worse so she can go back.

Ivy arrived on time and was great to deal with. The item was mostly as described but a little wear was spotted. Overall, the experience went well!
