Thanks for picking it up

I appreciated how quickly she confirmed the details and even arranged for her son, Shaun, to pick up the shredder – it made everything so easy. 🤝

She came to my place in the cold to pick it up and even insisted on paying a bit extra. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I really appreciate it.

Dorothy, it was so easy to work with you! Even when the pickup time changed a bit, you kept me in the loop and made sure everything was smooth.

Despite the short notice and logistical challenges, she was determined and kept me updated, making the whole exchange smooth and easy. 🤝
