Jenn was super helpful in describing the plants and letting me know their sizes and care instructions.

I really appreciated Jenn packing the items in boxes for me and confirming my ETA so we could coordinate.

Jenn was very friendly and made sure I knew how to get to the pick up point. She was on time and was understanding when I was running late. She made the whole experience a great one.
