Dee was understanding when I had a last-minute change of plans and needed to send my son.

The seller was easy to coordinate with and made the pickup really easy.

I was able to get the item quickly, which was perfect.

Dee was very responsive and easy to work with from the start, and it made setting up the pick-up time a breeze. She came down right away when there was a misunderstanding with the condo access, and even included extra goodies!
