quick pick up, easy to converse with and everything went well

Dealing with Jc was straightforward; they were keen and communicative right from the start, asking all the right questions about the drone.

Even though they were running a bit late, Jc kept me updated on their ETA, which made things easy on my end. Jc was really straightforward; they asked what they wanted and kept it simple.
