amazing and patient person . my original ride ghosted me, so I had to make new accommodations and time change, they even gave me a discount due to the trouble I was going through to get this couch. if I could give them 1 million stars I would. they even loaded it into the truck. amazing ppl to work with. Krista was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering to help load the item! They were also very patient when it took a while to coordinate the pickup.
